Booking Process
  • All bookings must be submitted using our online form.
  • Please make sure all journey details (pickup/drop-off addresses, times, dates, etc.) are accurate.
  • Once we receive your form, we’ll send you a quote.
  • If you’re happy with the price and confirm you want to go ahead, your booking will be confirmed and booked using the details you submitted.
Driver Contact & Confirmation
  • The day before your journey, your assigned driver will text you with:
    • Their name
    • The car they’ll be driving
    • Pickup time
    • Pickup address
    • Destination
  • Please check all the details carefully and reply to confirm they are correct.
Changes to Booking
  • If you notice any mistakes after confirmation, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes.
    • If changes are simple and don’t affect the schedule, your original price stays the same.
    • If changes cause a loss of earnings for your originally assigned driver, the cost of those missed jobs (up to a maximum fee of £100) will be invoiced.
    • This must be paid before the new pickup.
  • The original fare still applies and must be paid to the driver who completes your journey.
No Show / Missed Pickup
  • If you confirm your booking and the driver arrives as planned but you are not there, you will be invoiced for the full fare of the missed journey.
  • If you wish to rebook, a second invoice will be sent for the fare of the new journey.
  • This means you will receive two separate invoices – one for the missed journey and one for the rebooked journey.
  • If both invoices are not paid in full, the rebooked job will not take place.
Cancellation Policy
  • If you cancel your booking with less than 24 hours’ notice, or after the driver has been in touch to confirm your journey, you will be liable to pay a cancellation charge.
  • This charge will be equal to the full cost of the booked transfer, up to a maximum of £100.
  • This cancellation charge must be paid immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
    Failure to pay may result in refusal of future bookings until the outstanding balance is cleared.
  • If you cancel with reasonable notice (more than 24 hours before your journey and before the driver has sent their confirmation text), no cancellation fee will be payable.
